Pigeon.

I love pigeons. I think they are the most beautiful, underrated and hated upon birds in the animal kingdom. I've chosen to paint one, not only for the technical challenges it presents but also because I want to highlight just how beautiful they actually are. They are sleek and understated yet possess the most gorgeous petrol metallic coloured feathers on their necks. Love not hate I say!
